Prestige Auto Complete Auto Care deserves 10 stars! After the recent storms in Greater Cincinnati, I was incredibly stressed dealing with property damage and a damaged truck. I needed an estimate on a Saturday and found Prestige by chance. They were the only body shop open, and they got me in the exact same day. In the past, I’ve waited over a week just for an estimate.State Farm wanted to pay the bare minimum, but Prestige followed up with them directly to ensure every bit of damage was covered. Remarkably, the entire process—from the initial estimate, ordering parts, completing repairs, to final pickup—took only 2 weeks! I've previously waited 4 weeks just to get on a shop's schedule. Andy, Dave, and the entire team went above and beyond, even cleaning the inside of my truck. It looks beautiful and I am so happy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Prestige Auto, the staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my car back on the road sooner than expected. Pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this place definitely earned my confidence. highly recommend!
